The Denver Broncos Were Too Busy Cracking Jokes Before The Season And It Cost Themselves A Playoff Berth

The NFL season ended last Sunday, so this Sunday was a little boring with no football to watch. So I got to thinking about last season and all that happened during that time. And the one thing that caught my eye was the Denver Broncos. What a total garbage season from them!

They just won the Super Bowl the previous year and they couldn’t even make the playoffs. A Super Bowl team couldn’t even make the playoffs. Just think about how pitiful that is. Instead they were too busy that whole offseason making jokes about Brock Osweiler.

The Broncos players kept mocking Osweiler and talking about how they didn’t need them. Even the General Manager and leader of the organization was cracking jokes. John Elway was too busy cracking jokes that he forgot to manage his own football team. He forgot he had to replace a QB and was forced to play one of the worst QB’s in the league. Brock Osweiler and the Houston Texans had the last laugh, when they made the playoffs and won a playoff game. While the “jokester” Broncos were at home.

So what did we learn from last season?

Instead of making fun of your ex teammates because they chose to go another route, how about worry about your own team. The Denver Broncos failed to do that and it cost them a playoff berth.
